At the age of 23 Tom became the DOC for Centex Storm SC in Central Texas here he re shaped the entire program and brought high quality coaching and a development pathway for all players. Tom birthed the Academy program for CSSC in order to provide a higher quality service to younger players.
He has won many State Cups and Championships and has seen over 40 of his players continue with soccer at the collegiate level.
Originally from Hull, England Tom begun coaching at 19 years old and earned multiple qualifications through the English FA before moving to the US in 2005.
Tom worked at Clubs in Sacramento and San Fransisco before moving to Texas in 2006.
For the last 5 years Tom has worked for Liverpool FC international Academy as our STX Director of Coaching and in 2015 moved to Flower Mound excepting the Roles of Director of Player Programs, Coordinator of the Colony and Reds Academy school of Excellence (RASE) Manager.
In England Tom has worked within Academy football and for the English FA and has had the opportunity several times to be educated at the Liverpool FC Academy in England.
This year he was also awarded with the prestigious 2016 Positive Coaching Alliance's National Coaching Award.

It’s about winning the right way, with good sportsmanship and integrity. My definition of success is reaching your true potential as a player and as a person.
Tom lives in Flower Mound with his Wife Christy and Son Kian.
